Polymer Quenches

Idemitsu Plastic Quench Polymers help reduce drag out and consumption while improving general housekeeping. Designed for both low and high hardening applications, quenching characteristics can be varied between those of water and normal cold quench oil by simply adjusting the concentration of the solution.

Hot Quench Oils

Idemitsu Hi-Temp Series offers a wide range of hot quench oils that are ideal for heat treatment of carbon and alloy steel by flame, as well as in batch and continuous furnace operations.
